CDC/ACA Teacher/Officer Home Buyer

The Community Development Corporation of Utah offers qualified teachers, firefighters, and law enforcement officers the ability to purchase ACA homes throughout Utah. ACA homes are HUD repossession-homes acquired and completely remodeled then resold to eligible buyers at adjusted prices.

Qualifications:

• Full-time police officer, firefighter, EMT, or teacher.
• Qualify for mortgage for adjusted price of house.

Requirements:

• Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education class.
• Complete pre-purchase counseling with CDC.
• Occupy home for at least 1 year.
