The State of Utah offers $6,000 grants to home buyers purchasing newly-built, never-occupied homes in Utah through an approved mortgage lender.

Qualifications:

• Meet income requirements listed below.
• Qualify for fixed interest rate mortgage through approved lender.

Maximum Income Limits:

• Single Person: $75,000
• Married Couple: $150,000
