Statewide Home Purchase Assistance Programs
FirstHome Targeted
The Utah Housing Corporation offers low-interest rate loans to home buyers purchasing homes in targeted areas in Utah through participating mortgage lenders. Borrower does not need to be a first-time home buyer. Targeted areas include the metropolitan areas shown on the maps, as well as the entire counties of Duchesne, Garfield, Iron, Juab, Kane, Piute, San Juan, Sanpete, Utah, and Wayne.
Qualifications:
- Meet income requirements listed below.
- Of 3 credit scores, only 1 may be below 660.
- Have not owned home within past 3 years.
- Purchase price cannot exceed acquisition cost limits below.
Recommended:
- Complete homebuyer education program.
