These programs are offered throughout the state of Utah to
provide assistance to those looking to purchase a home.
FirstHome Plus
The Utah Housing Corporation offers low- interest rate loans and down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time home buyers purchasing homes in Utah through participating mortgage lenders.
Qualifications:
- Meet income requirements listed below.
- Of 3 credit scores, only 1 may be below 660.
- Have not owned home within past 3 years.
- Purchase price cannot exceed acquisition cost limits below.
Recommended:
- Complete homebuyer education program.
