Down Payment Assistance Program
Davis and Morgan Counties
The Davis Community Housing Authority offers up to $2,000 in 0%
interest loans for down payment assistance to first-time home buyers
purchasing a home in Davis or Morgan county.
Qualifications:
- 80% or less AMI (see Area Median Income Levels).
- Have not owned home within past 3 years.
- Qualify for mortgage through FHA, VA, or conventional lender requirements.
Requirements:
- Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education course.
- Contribute a minimum of $500 to down payment or closing costs.
- Purchase price cannot exceed $397,500.
